Our History
International Eyecare Center was founded in Quincy, IL, in 1981 by Dr. John McDougall, an optometrist who believed everyone should have access to world-class vision care right in their hometown. Since then, we’ve expanded our services throughout Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa, enabling us to provide affordable vision services, value-priced eyewear, and contact lenses to thousands of patients and their families.
In 2017, IEC joined AEG vision, an experienced and successful management team.
