Steven F. Lee, M.D.
EDUCATION: Dr. Lee is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. He completed a Corneal Fellowship at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami School of Medicine, Miami. After an internship at St. Mary’s Health Center in St. Louis, Dr. Lee completed his Ophthalmology Residency at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, MO. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Maryland, graduating Cum Laude.
Dr. Lee is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He has extensive refractive surgery education and is approved to use Summit, VISX, Autonomous, and NIDEK excimer lasers for LASIK and PRK. Dr. Lee has practiced ophthalmology in St. Louis since 1995. He has authored many scientific articles in the field of ophthalmology. Dr. Lee is affiliated with the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the America Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Lee is in private practice in St. Louis. He provides surgical services for IEC patients, including cataract surgery at the Physicians Surgery Center in Hannibal, MO and at Illini Community Hospital in Pittsfield, IL.
