John H. McDougall, O.D.
Dr. Jack McDougall is the founding optometrist and chief executive officer of International Eyecare Center, Inc. with fourteen locations in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa.

EDUCATION: Dr. McDougall received his Doctorate of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago, IL in 1976. He completed his undergraduate work in the Pre-Optometry Honors program at Michigan State University.
Dr. McDougall is a member of the American Optometric Association and Illinois Optometric Association. He is a Varilux Visionary Group member and serves on the Advisory Board for OD Excellence Practice Management / Buying Group. Dr. McDougall serves on the advisory board for High Performance Optics, which developed blue light filtering technology for ophthalmic lenses. He lectured and traveled extensively for Pixel Optics, as an Advisory Board member. He is a member of the Essilor Strategic Alliance group. Dr. McDougall served on the Scientific Advisory Board for Innotech, a Johnson & Johnson Company and was a clinical investigator for new prototype contact lenses. He has owned CMS Wholesale Optical Laboratory since 1981.
Dr. McDougall is an internationally recognized author and speaker.
Dr. McDougall enjoys traveling, biking, snow skiing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
