Call Center Representative
Job Duties: Schedule Lasik consults, Update patient demographics, Obtain current insurance information from patients when scheduling, Perform recall, Maintain tacking sheet while doing recall, Perform follow up calls for “missed consults” during call times, Reschedule Lasik consults that “no show”, Perform Lasik “thank you” calls, Update returned cards, Deliver mail/print Lasik packets, Perform non-updated recall for all offices, Perform board update, Post Call Center results, Post survey results, No show report – all offices, Confirmation calls for all offices, Reschedule/move office appointments for all offices. Complete special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
Candidate needs to possess great customer service and phone skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well individually as well as part of a team. High School education required.
